By accessing any of CZAirsoft.com with it's services and products offered or and provided, you will have agreed, verified and acknowledged to all of our waivers and disclaimers: (1) You are at least 18 years of age. All goods sold on CZ -Airsoft.com or at our field are for Airsoft gaming purpose only. (2) All sale transactions are completed in Virginia or California locations under both Virginia California law and regulations. (3) All shipping is done via buyer selected / paid carriers in Virginia and California. (4) Any future disputes will be resolved using the Spotsylvania, Virginia legal system. (5) Buyers assume full responsibility of all liabilities, damages, injuries, modifications done to products, buyer local laws, buyer local regulations, and ownership of Airsoft replicas. You will not hold CZ –Airsoft, LLC or its affiliate CZMinistries, LLC., its owners, affiliates and or employees responsible for any legal actions, liabilities, damages, penalties, claims, or other obligations caused by your ownership of Airsoft replicas. (6) All Airsoft replicas are sold with bright orange tip to comply with federal law and regulations. CZ -Airsoft, LLC is not to be responsible for injuries and damages caused by improper usage, user errors, crazy stunts, or stupidity without proper supervision. (7) Pricing, specification, availability and special promotions are subject to change without notice.
